This training is for you if:
You’re already styling clients (closet edits, shopping, outfit creation)
You want a color process that supports your styling (not replace it)
You want to charge more because you’re delivering more clarity
Not for you if:
You only do standalone color appointments and don’t touch wardrobes
If color has felt messy, rigid, or not worth the headache - same.
You refuse to put clients into rigid boxes
You don’t want to make shopping hard with “rules”
You’ve seen trainings that feel outdated or overly complex
You don’t know how to integrate color into your current packages
You want to stay a stylist and not become a “color analyst”
Or If You've Already Taken Color Training But...
Your training was all theory with no practical application
You got terrible business advice about pricing and integration
You're stuck with computer-dependent methods that don't train your eye
You have ugly branded materials with competitor logos that undermine your credibility
You’ve come to the right place!
“Carrie’s Color Clarity training was a true eye-opener. As a seasoned stylist, I had previously shied away from color theory, feeling it didn’t quite fit into my business model. After completing Carrie’s hands-on training, I realized just how essential color knowledge is—not only to understand, but to confidently apply when styling clients for their most important life moments.
Carrie is thoughtful, thorough, and a true expert in color theory. She breaks complex concepts down in a way that feels clear, approachable, and immediately actionable within a styling business. I highly recommend this training to any stylist looking to deepen their skill set and elevate their work. Thank you, Carrie!”
— Sydney Judge, Stylist
Translation: you’ll leave able to use this with clients immediately
—not just “understand it.”
Most color trainings weren’t built for personal styling businesses. That’s the problem.
Over-complicated systems (93 seasons vs. simple 4-season approach w/ sub seasons)
Lack of practical application - theory without real-world wardrobe situations
Poor business guidance - no strategies for incorporating into styling services
No ongoing support for skill development after initial training
Computer-dependent methods that don't develop your eye
Generic branded materials that make you look like everyone else.
The COLOR Clarity Difference:
A client-friendly framework they understand in one session
Real wardrobe application (shopping, outfits, resistance, “I hate that color” moments)
A trained eye with no apps, no computer dependence
Integration plan so this adds revenue without adding chaos
Clean professional tools that elevate your brand
Flexible guidelines that fit real people, not palette prisons
Meet Carrie Harkin
I’ve spent 20+ years in fashion—buying, styling, and working behind the scenes at deeply color-obsessed brands. I trained at FIT in New York and started my career in Nike’s Color Lab, where my eye was trained in a way most stylists never get access to.
When I moved into personal styling, I kept hearing the same thing from other stylists: traditional color analysis felt rigid, outdated, and weirdly disconnected from real wardrobe work. So I built a modern, flexible framework that fits the way we actually style—closets, shopping, outfits, real people.

Q&A
Is there a certification for the program?
Experience and results matter more than arbitrary certifications. This training focuses on real skills and business application, not piece-of-paper credentials that don't translate to client success.
Will you show me how I integrate this into my existing business?
Unlike other programs, we spend significant time on business integration. You'll leave with specific strategies, pricing models, and implementation plans.
What if I'm not ready to offer color services immediately?
Perfect. You'll use these skills in all your styling work, even if you don't offer standalone color analysis.
“This method seems too simple.”
Simple doesn't mean easy - it means effective. Complex systems confuse clients and create analysis paralysis. Our approach gives you confidence through clarity.
"I don't have time for in-person training."
This intensive format ensures you actually develop the skills. Online training can't replicate the eye development and hands-on practice essential for color analysis mastery.
Who is this program NOT a good fit for?
This training is designed specifically for personal stylists who offer hands-on wardrobe services like closet edits, personal shopping, or outfit creation. If you're a color analyst who only offers color analysis consultations without broader styling services, this approach won't align with your business model.
“Carrie’s Color Clarity training has been a total game changer for my business and my own wardrobe. I was initially unsure about the idea of “assigning” clients certain colors, but her approach is anything but limiting. She teaches how to choose tones that complement natural features while still embracing the colors clients love.
Instead of restricting your palette, it expands it—helping you elevate your style and feel more confident in what you wear. The training was clear, informative, and fun, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone interested in how color can transform your look and your business.”
— Lauren Gafa, Personal Stylist
